Exhibitionist couple issue a grovelling apology after being caught having sex on a busy beach in broad daylight – but cops warn the man who filmed the passionate encounter could be the one in trouble.
The man then confronts the couple and accuses them of ‘public indecency in front of children’.
He tells the man who was filmed: ‘Say sorry. Say you’re sorry.’
‘Yeah, sorry,’ the man responds.
At another point during the commotion, the man who recorded the pair demands another apology again.
‘Nah I want you to say you’re sorry,’ he says.
‘Yeah 100 per cent sorry for doing that in front of kids,’ the man replies.
The footage of the intimate act was uploaded to Facebook and viewed thousands of times.
It was taken down from the social media platform on Monday night.
South Australia Police are aware of the incident but are not pressing any charges at this stage.
They allege that the man who filmed the couple could in fact be breaching privacy laws.
This was backed by some legal experts who claim that he could be in trouble.
‘It’s not a slap on the wrist yet some of these offences do have the prospect of attracting imprisonment and albeit unlikely it’s certainly an available sentencing option to the court,’ Woods and Co solicitor, Hugh Woods, told 7News.
In South Australia, it is an offence to engage in humiliating or degrading filming or taking and sharing a sexual or intimate image of someone without their consent.

They were eventually confronted by a local who was upset at their risque display taking place near children.
When approached by the bystander, the man apologized.

Footage of the pair on top of each other as beachgoers walked by made its way to social media, with many slamming them for having no shame.
“It’s actually disgusting that people find this funny. Kids were literally there,” one user commented.
“Keep it for the bedroom…nobody wants to go to the beach to see that,” another said.
In a Prophetic tradition, Anas Narrated:
I heard Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) saying: From among the portents of the end time, are (the following): -1. Religious knowledge will decrease. -2. Religious ignorance will prevail. -3. There will be prevalence of open illegal sexual intercourse. -4. Women will increase in number and men will decrease in number so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man.
