Unknown gunmen have reportedly invaded the Ibarapa community of Oyo state on Friday night killing two, others injured.
Politics Nigeria reports this is coming barely two months after over 20 people were killed by this same unknown gunmen.
In the recent attack, the gunmen who reportedly dressed in Customs uniform stormed the town around 8.pm and left after shooting sporadically.
It was gathered that no fewer than two people were reportedly killed while the shooting lasted. One of those killed is the Amotekun commandant in Ibarapa Central local government area.
It was gathered that the gunmen killed two people at Igangan in Ibarapa North local government area, while one person, the Amotekum commandant was killed in Igboora in Ibarapa Central local government area.
An eyewitness told newsmen that the people thought it was customs officers until two people were killed. Further stated that the Local hunters mobilized to the area and they fled through Igboora.

“Amotekun officers in Igangan who were alerted laid siege for the fleeing gunmen who later killed the commander.” the witness added.
However, as of the time filling this report, the Oyo State commandant of Amotekun, Olayinka Olayanju is yet to respond to the incident.
