President Muhammadu Buhari celebrates Ngige at 69

President Muhammadu Buhari has sent his message of felicitations to the Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, as he clocks 69 years.

In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, the President saluted the minister, who once served as governor of Anambra State, for the selfless stewardship he has rendered in public service.

“President Muhammadu Buhari extends best wishes to Labour and Employment Minister, Senator Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige OON, as he turns 69 on August 8, 2021.

“The President joins the medical profession, labour community, the legislature, where the celebrant served as Senator, and people of Anambra State, whom he served as governor, to salute Dr Ngige for his selfless stewardship to community, state, country and humanity, wishing him greater health, strength and sound mind.

“As he interfaces between government and organized labour, working for industrial harmony, President Buhari wishes the Minister well in all his endeavours,” the statement said.

Accirding to a report, President Muhammadu Buhari has felicitated with Labour and Employment Minister, Dr Chris Ngige, as he turns 69 on August 8, 2021.

Buhari, in a congratulatory message issued by his Spokesman, Mr Femi Adesina, on Saturday joined the medical profession, labour community, the legislature and people of Anambra State to salute Ngige for his selfless stewardship to community, state, country and humanity.

Buhari wished Ngige, who had at various times, served as senator and governor of Anambra, greater health, strength and sound mind.

The President, who also noted Ngige’s efforts as he interfaced between government and the organised labour, working for industrial harmony, wished him well in all his endeavours.
