Ismail Haniyeh: If Israel wants a long war, the last word will be ours
Ektesad News: The head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip stressed that the Al-Aqsa Storm operation targeted Israeli positions and that if the occupying regime wants to prolong the war, the last word lies with the Gaza resistance.
The head of the political bureau of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas in Gaza said:
Our country and our community and resistance will continue to fight for honor and glory against one of the most terrorist armies in the world.

He stressed: The enemy’s calculations were not correct and his predictions did not come true. Today, the Palestinian resistance in Gaza has launched an honorable fight to defend the sanctities of Palestine and the ummah (Islam), and if the enemy wants a protracted war, we will have the last word.
Referring to the recent meeting of the leaders of the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Riyadh, he stressed:
We demand the implementation of the decisions of the summit, especially the opening of crossings to the public. The presence of Palestinian resistance against the occupation regime and its threats has become a definite interest for the Arab world and the Islamic world.
The head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement in Gaza also clarified about yesterday’s Security Council meeting:
Yesterday’s Security Council resolution should have included condemnation of war crimes and ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the West Bank.
Haniyeh said: After 41 days of brutal aggression, our country and brave resistance have foiled the enemy’s plans to displace Palestinians and free prisoners.
Haniyeh continued: We tell the criminal enemy and its supporters that the Hamas movement has rooted in its soil, and the enemy and those who support it cannot change the reality of Gaza.

Ismail Haniyeh also stressed: Hamas is ready for a long-term fight with Israel, and the occupying regime will obtain its prisoners only by paying a price.
He mentioned: The world must hear that the right to determine the fate of Gaza and all of Palestine rests solely with the Palestinian people.
Ismail Haniyeh further said: Gaza opened the door to strategic development in the region, wrote history and has destroyed the foundation of the Israeli project.
He also praised the demonstrations in various countries in support of Palestine and its resistance, saying:
We salute the resistance fronts taking part in this fight and the strategic path to put pressure on the enemy.
