Genocide in Gaza, and America’s dual policy on human rights

Genocide in Gaza, and America's dual policy on human rights

These days, Israel is taking revenge for the defeat suffered by the Palestinian resistance forces by carrying out genocide in Gaza. More than 800 children have died so far in Israeli attacks.

Israel has opened a new page of crimes against humanity and in addition to using banned weapons such as phosphorus bombs, it continues to carry out genocide in Gaza using “weapons of mass destruction.”

Supporting the massacre in Gaza, Likud Party legal minister “Tally Gotliv ” wrote on Twitter: “Jericho missile!” Jericho rocket! Strategic warning. Apocalyptic weapon! This is my idea.”

Jericho is the name of Israel’s intercontinental ballistic missile that can hit targets anywhere in the world.

Everyone knows that Israel has 100 to 200 nuclear weapons. However, the Israeli Cabinet has neither confirmed nor denied the issue.

Continuing his post about nuclear missiles, Gotliv supported a nuclear attack on Gaza, writing:

“Only an explosion that will shake the Middle East can save Israel! It’s time for the end of the world, Fire powerful missiles without hesitation, destroy Gaza, this cannot be done with slogans, it will be done with powerful bombs, attack without mercy.”

In several other posts, Gotliv also urged the Israeli cabinet to ruthlessly attack and destroy Gaza. He also praised US President Joe Biden for his strong speech against Hamas.

Israel may not listen to its extremist minister, but the crimes this regime has committed against Palestinians in the last 10 days and as the massacre continues in Gaza are no different from the Jericho bombs of mass destruction and the use of nuclear weapons.

On Wednesday morning, news sources, referring to Israel’s brutal attacks northwest of Gaza, announced that banned phosphorus bombs were used in these attacks.

News sources announced that these large-scale attacks occurred continuously and that many Palestinian civilians were killed or injured.

It is said that these attacks were so severe that all roads leading to the “Hay al-Karama” area were blocked and rescue vehicles could not enter the area.

Lebanon’s official news agency also announced that Israel had fired phosphorus bombs around al-Amari and al-Majidiyah, two towns on Lebanon’s border with northern Israel.

According to this news agency, Israel has bombed the Shebaa Fields and Kafr Shebaa Heights area of southern Lebanon with these banned weapons.

Phosphorus bombs are internationally banned weapons according to the Geneva Convention in 1980 which bans the use of white phosphorus as an incendiary weapon against humans and the environment.

The health sector in Gaza is on the verge of a major disaster

In a situation where Israel has practically launched a genocide in Gaza with banned weapons amid the inaction of the international community, the health sector in Gaza is on the verge of a major disaster.

Israel is bombing homes, hospitals and medical staff in the Gaza Strip with increasing intensity and disregard for international law.

Israel’s heavy bombardment of Gaza is bringing the health sector to the brink of disaster. The repeated targeting of hospitals and medical staff in the already poor medical situation in the Gaza Strip is putting the health sector on the brink of a major disaster.

Outlook: Analyzing the Future of America-Israel Relations

Beit Hanoun and Gaza International Ophthalmic Hospital have ceased hospital operations due to Israeli military attacks.

So far, five hospital rescue workers have been killed and dozens injured in the Israeli attack. Gaza Strip is suffering from shortage of everything. Even the mortuary is no longer a place to keep the bodies of the dead.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that 2,400 people had been martyred in Israeli attacks, including 800 children and 330 women, and that 5,000 people were injured as a result of these attacks.

In parallel with this tragedy, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs announced in the latest data on tensions in the region that the total number of displaced people has now exceeded 263,934 people and that this number is expected to increase further.

Israel receives Hellfire missile from America for Genocide in Gaza

Genocide in Gaza, and America’s double policy on human rights

In a situation where the people of Gaza are witnessing the most unprecedented crimes against them since Saturday last week, the Biden government has taken a double stander stand om this genocide.

The US government by threatening Tehran, Damascus, Beirut, Baghdad, Sanaa etc. and by giving a statement that U.S will not intervene in the Gaza war, has given free rein to Israel to commit every crime.

In other words, America has told Tehran, Damascus, Beirut, Baghdad, Sana etc. not to help Gaza and has told Israel that we are with you, do whatever crime you want!

With tearful eyes and heartbroken claims for the Israelis, Biden is justifying Israel’s every crime in Gaza and standing with them.

US support for Israel continues, from military and diplomatic support to sending a fleet and fighter planes.

In this regard, on Wednesday morning the Israeli Army has announced the arrival of the first plane to Israel carrying American military aid and ammunition.

The Israeli military announced that these equipment and ammunition are advanced and can be used to carry out large-scale attacks. News sources announced that the plane landed at Nabatim military base.

In addition, the media published photographs from an Israeli base, showing Israeli fighters targeting Gazans with American missiles such as “Hellfire”.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden had said that the US government is sending more military equipment, including ammunition and reconnaissance aircraft, to Israel to strengthen the Iron Dome air defense system.

Sputnik news agency also reported that a US military official told this news agency that Austin has ordered US special operations forces to provide intelligence support to Israel.
