US planned to use its bio-laboratories in African to test unregistered medications-report

The US Defense Department planned to use its bio-laboratories in African nations to test unregistered medications on the local population in the interests of Big Pharma, according to Russia’s biological defense forces chief, who opened up about the covert biological operations of the US military in other nations.

General Igor Kirillov, the head of Russia’s radiological, chemical, and biological defense forces, revealed on Tuesday that the Pentagon intended to submit the medications for supervisory authority approval in the interests of big American pharmaceutical companies, who are the primary backers of Democratic Party candidates during the primary elections.

He drew attention to a US Department of Defense document with the marking “for official use only,” which was obtained during operational operations in the liberated territories of Ukraine starting in 2015 and refers to clinical trials of drugs against viral fevers.

“The document’s authors, who included personnel from the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), intended to establish a mobile rapid response unit to test novel medications at US Army deployment locations around the globe. The project involved training medical staff and building a mobile research infrastructure, he said.

According to the document, the United States has established protocols for human clinical trials and drug registration programs. The US Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) was to implement the Planned Action Algorithms in the US Africa Command region before extending them to all of its overseas branches.

Therefore, the Pentagon intended to use the US Armed Forces to test experimental medications on the populace before obtaining regulatory approval to help the so-called ‘Big Pharma. The general emphasized that the use of a network of subordinate biological laboratories and middlemen like Metabiota was suggested in order to accomplish these goals.

Kirillov also made reference to a business proposal from Metabiota that was found in the records of a Ukrainian bio lab and addressed to the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases. The proposal was marked “confidential,” and it raised the issue of training infectious disease specialists in Kenya and Uganda.

“The document demonstrates that the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the Department of Homeland Security, the United States Agency for International Development, and several structures of the European Union were involved in the study of pathogens in African countries to give the impression of ‘humanitarian cooperation,'” Kirillov emphasized.

The documents also attest to Metabiota’s involvement in the study of the avian influenza A (H7N9) virus, as well as its key role in the “Predict” project to research new coronavirus strains and the capture of bats that naturally carry these viruses. He recalled that Hunter Biden, the son of the US President, and governmental institutions are specifically linked to Metabiota.

At the same time, the Metabiota representatives themselves acknowledge that their primary goal is to create connections that will support the Pentagon and other foreign operations of US agencies. The general continued, “This activity involved active participation from staff members of the Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Center (USTC) and other contracting agencies of the US Department of Defense.
