After Israeli forces broke into a prayer area within the al-Aqsa Mosque compound, Palestinian resistance factions have warned the occupying Tel Aviv regime against “playing with fire,” claiming that such actions represent an unsuccessful attempt to alter the Islamic identity of the holy city of al-Quds.

They also said that their members and supporters will be more present in the al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards to stop evil plans to have the Israeli regime control the sacred site and create time and space divisions there.

Palestinian media outlets claim that on Saturday, as Muslims celebrated the Eid al-Fitr holiday, Israeli forces stormed the Bab al-Rahma prayer area and caused extensive damage inside.

They asserted that actions of this nature will never be able to alter the historical and Islamic realities of sacred sites in the occupied territories.

The resistance groups continued by praising the recent “heroic” car-ramming operation in al-Quds, stating that the retaliatory measure demonstrated the great capacity of Palestinians to foil the regime’s plots and exposed the weakness of the Zionist entity in the face of the steadfast Palestinian nation.

They also reacted to the rumored activation of the Israeli regime’s assassination policy against Palestinian officials by claiming that such threats would not be successful in restoring the regime’s damaged image.

“The resistance’s response to any foolish act is greater and broader than what it expects,” they emphasized.
