Israeli forces Kill Palestinian Youth in West Bank Invasion, the regime forces have killed a 23-year-old Palestinian footballer in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

He was listed by a Popular Arab football website Kooora as the team’s top scorer with six goals this season.

The killing took place early Thursday morning near a location on the outskirts of the city of Nablus during clashes between Palestinians and occupying forces protecting illegal settlers, various Palestinian media outlets reported the incidents.

According to PressTV report, The Palestinian victim has been identified as Ahmed Daragmeh, who is from the town of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank and played for Thaqafi Tulkarm Football Club.

Early Thursday morning, Ahmed Daragmeh was fatally wounded when Palestinians engaged in a confrontation with Israeli forces raiding the city of Nablus in order to chase out the Jewish Israelis to a place known as the Tomb of Joseph in the Palestinian city.

Five other Palestinians were also injured after being hit with live ammunition during the raid. Nearly 20 Palestinians were injured by inhaling tear gas, two of whom were taken to hospital.

Gunshots were heard in an amateur video that was recorded from a window by a Palestinian during the invasion.

Israeli occupying forces and settlers have sought to force Palestinians off their lands and pave the way for the expansion of illegal Israeli settlements by exposing Palestinian civilians in the West Bank and other occupied territories, and they have been escalating the attacks in the West Bank.

Since early 2022, Israeli regime forces have killed more than 220 Palestinians, including more than 50 children, in the occupied West Bank and eastern al-Quds, and in the besieged Gaza Strip.

According to official statistics, 2022 has been the worst and deadliest year for Palestinians since 2006.
