Hamas Spokesperson Abdul Latif al-Qanou says five Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike require immediate intervention to save their lives.
The five prisoners pursuing their hunger strike require immediate intervention to save their lives and force the Israeli occupation to respond to their demands and end their suffering, which is getting worse by the day, Hamas Spokesperson Abdul Latif al-Qanou said Sunday.
It is worth noting that Kayed al-Fasfous is on his 123rd-day of hunger strike.
Al-Qanou highlighted that the heroic prisoners have the ability to withstand all conditions in the face of the Israeli occupation extending their unjust administrative detention.
The Spokesperson reiterated his support for the heroic prisoners until they “fulfill their demands” and “seize their rights.”
The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office announced Thursday that prisoner Miqdad al-Qawasmi won a decisive victory and ended his hunger strike that lasted 113 days.
After long and difficult rounds of negotiations by the supreme leadership body of Hamas prisoners, an agreement was reached to release al-Qawasmi next February, the Office stated.
Iman Badr, al-Qawasmi’s mother, proudly asserted that her son fought a very difficult battle and that his strength is unlimited.
