A dog successfully sued its owner in Brazil after the brute was caught on camera beating him with a stick.
After the disturbing footage came to light in June, an animal rights group called Fauna Group for the Protection of Animals rescued the dog from his owner, who was arrested for the abuse, according to CEN.
