The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that it has launched a series of missile attacks on occupied territories in response to the recent assassinations of several top leaders, including Dr. Ismail Haniyeh, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Rashid Nilfroushan.
According to the IRGC statement, the attacks were carried out in response to the violation of Iran’s sovereignty by the Israeli regime, which was responsible for the assassination of Dr. Haniyeh.
The statement also cited the regime’s support for the massacre of Lebanese and Gazan people, as well as the martyrdom of Seyed Hassan Nasrallah and Rashid Nilfroushan.
The IRGC emphasized that its operation was carried out with the approval of the Supreme National Security Council and notification of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and was supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and the Ministry of Defense.
The statement warned that if the Israeli regime reacts militarily to this operation, it will face further crushing and destructive attacks.
The IRGC vowed to continue defending its country’s rights and interests, and to take all necessary measures to respond to any aggression.
The missile attacks targeted the heart of the occupied territories, with details of the operation still being revealed.
The move is seen as a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel, and is likely to have significant implications for regional security and stability.
