Nigerians have condemned the attack on a mosque in which some people were killed while others were abducted in Niger state The affected villages are MazaKuka and Kulhu villages, located in Mashegu local government area of the stat.
According to many Nigerians who reacted to the latest development, the federal government must do everything to secure lives in the country.
Following the gruesome killing of 17 people in two villages in Niger state by some unidentified gunmen, Nigerians on social media have condemned the attacks, blaming the federal government for not capable of securing the lives of Nigerians. While the attack left three others injured, the whereabouts of about 18 villagers are unknown. They were said to have been abducted by the gunmen.
The affected villages – MazaKuka and Kulhu villages – are located in Mashegu Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.

There is rise in bandits’ attacks, nobody is safe anymore
Niger commissioner Earlier, Legit.ng reported that the Niger state commissioner for information, Alhaji Mohammed Sani Idris expressed serious concern over the present economic situation of the state.
Idris said that the state is now under the siege of bandits which has paralysed economic and social activities in the affected areas. The commissioner said that nobody is safe.
