Predicting the best betting option for every Europa League game today. The first leg of the Europa League play-offs will kick off today with 16 teams jostling for eight spots in the round of 16.
All eight games promise to be exciting but beyond the enjoyment, there is a good chance to make money off every one of them.
Here are the surest betting markets for each Europa League play-off game for you to either form a strong accumulator or play as singles.
Barcelona vs Napoli
Barcelona will make their Europa League debut tonight against Napoli in a game that promises goals which is why both teams to score is your best bet, valued at 1.60 odds.
Barcelona have both scored and conceded in 10 of their last 12 games, they are generous on both ends of the pitch.
As for Napoli, they are more solid defensively, only seven of their last 13 games have produced a GG but the positive is that they have scored in 12 of those games.
The two previous games between these two teams also go a long way to inspire confidence as they both ended 3-1 in Barca’s favour and 1-1.
Borussia Dortmund vs Rangers
Borussia Dortmund is the ultimate ‘over 2.5’ team, and they are fully expected to live up to that reputation against Rangers which is available at 1.57 odds.
Dortmund has achieved over 2.5 goals in nine of their last 10 games, the only game that did not produce at least three goals in that run was a 1-1 draw with Bochum in the Bundesliga.
The rangers also have a decent o er 2.5 track record, five of their last 10 games have ended with at least three total goals which make this a potentially fun encounter at the Signal Iduna Park.
Three of the six competitive fixtures between these two sides have produced over 2.5 goals.

Sheriff Tiraspol vs Braga
Sheriff Tiraspol and Braga will meet for the first time in history and the magnitude of the game for both sides should inspire caution.
It is expected that both teams will take some time to figure each other out which is why a 20-minute draw at 1.33 odds is the most plausible option for this one.
Zenit St Petersburg vs Real Betis
Zenit St Petersburg and Real Betis are also meeting for the first time in a competitive game but with both teams recent high-scoring history, an over 1.5 option at 1.28 odds is the best bet.
Zenit has carried out the over 1.5 markets in nine of their previous ten games while Betis have done so in every game so far.
Over 2.5 at 1.86 is also worth considering because both teams have done so in seven of the last ten games.
Atalanta vs Olympiacos
One would expect an Atalanta win to be the best option here as they are one of the favourites to win the whole tournament but that is not the case at all.
Atalanta is currently on a five-game winless run and will be missing four key players in Duvan Zapata, Josip Ilicic, Aleksey Miranchuk and Jose Palomino all out due to injury except for Ilicic who is reportedly ill.
Olympiacos on the other hand are on a six-game unbeaten run, with five wins in that period and the Greek giants may well be able to pull off an upset in this one.
Play it safe and select ‘over 2.5’ instead, available at 1.68 odds, that may well be the best option.
Porto vs Lazio
Lazio will visit the Estadio Do Dragao but without star man, Ciro Immobile which puts them at a disadvantage.
All roads point to a home win in this one, Porto are valued at 1.84 odds to beat their Italian visitors and history suggests they will.
The only other meeting between both sides at this stadium was also in this competition (then the UEFA Cup) in 2003 when Porto ran out 4-1 winners.
RB Leipzig vs Real Sociedad
RB Leipzig will host Real Sociedad in a match where they are considered slight favourites at 1.84 odds for a win.
The Germans have been in stellar form lately having won five of their last six games and they are expected to have too much for Sociedad.
Sevilla vs Dinamo Zagreb
Sevilla is the undisputed favourites to win the Europa League, this is their tournament and they should make light work of Croatian champions, Dinamo Zagreb later tonight.
It should be a straight win for Sevilla which is why they are valued at 1.40 odds, to beat Zagreb, a team they had beaten 4-0 and 1-0 in their previous two encounters.
