The governor announced changes to his cabinet on Monday. Kaduna Governor Nasir el-Rufai has appointed 28-year-old Khalil Nur Khalil as Executive Secretary of the Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency (KADIPA).
Khalil is a graduate of Business and Economics, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus.
Before his appointment, Khalil was the Investment Intelligence Director at KADIPA–the youngest person to assume the role in Kaduna’s history.
El-Rufai has a knack for drafting young people into his cabinet.
